  3   computer that will show up on the web as a website or 
  4   webpage. She or he uses a coding language - the most common 
  5   is html (<em>h</em>yper <em>t</em>ext <em>m</em>arkup 
  6   <em>l</em>anguage) - to describe what the viewer (surfer) 
  7   should see when s/he gets to the right place. For example,
